When you register for further details we collect the information you enter in the form (name, email address, phone number, whether you are an owner or a vet, practice name, location, and your message). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to tell you about the Equi+Poise system.
Your details are encrypted the moment they are received, before being stored, using envelope encryption with keys held in Google Cloud Key Management Service. The public website has no ability to read stored submissions; access to decrypt them is restricted to named Equi+Poise staff and is audit-logged.
We keep registration details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted.
